- No Claims Once Material is Laid: Once the material is laid, we cannot accept any claims. Please inspect the materials upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.
- Notification Period: Claims or returns must be advised within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- No Returns for 'Change of Mind': We do not accept returns for 'Change of Mind'. Please ensure your selection meets your requirements before placing your order.
- Return Authorisation: Unless otherwise agreed, any returns must have the explicit consent of Babylon Procurement. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Additionally, all returns will incur a 30% handling fee. Transport for return of goods is to be paid for by the customer.
- Damaged Goods: Returns will not be accepted for goods that are damaged or broken in any way, shape, or form. Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages.
- Custom Made Products: We do not accept returns for custom made products. Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.
- Submitting a Claim: If you would like to submit a claim, please contact us at info@babylonprocurement.com. Please include any relevant details and photos to assist us in processing your claim efficiently.
